2. Purpose and activity

The Site is intended to publicise RT’s activity in the field of home and premises renovations — full home renovations, bathrooms, kitchens, houses, interior design, commercial premises and communities of owners — in Tarragona and the surrounding area, and to enable interested parties to request information, guidance or a quote for their project.

RT carries out an activity of advice, design, quoting, coordination and comprehensive management of renovation projects. Depending on the nature and scope of each project, the physical execution of the works may be carried out directly or through collaborating companies and professionals selected by RT. In the latter case, the contractual relationship relating to the execution of the works is formalised between the client and the company or professional carrying it out, with each party bearing the obligations and guarantees that legally apply to it.

3. Nature of the information on the Site

The contents of the Site — including prices, ranges, timeframes, service descriptions and the results of the budget calculator — are purely informative and indicative in nature and do not constitute a contractual offer or a binding quote. Any quote will only be binding once confirmed in writing, following the relevant site visit and measurement, and signed by the parties entering into the contract.

The Owner endeavours to keep the information on the Site up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or that prices and conditions remain permanently valid, as these may change without prior notice.

4. Terms of use

Access to the Site is free of charge and confers on the person using it the status of user, who undertakes to make use of it in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice. It is prohibited to use the Site for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to the Owner or third parties, to enter false data in the forms, or to carry out actions that could damage, overload or impair the Site.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the Site (texts, design, logos, structure, code and graphic elements) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by RT or by third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction, distribution or alteration without express authorisation is prohibited. Some images are illustrative and are sourced from licensed image banks.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Site, from interruptions or technical failures, from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements, or from the contents or services of third-party sites linked from the Site (for example, Google Maps or WhatsApp), which are governed by their own terms. All of this is without prejudice to the rights that legislation grants to consumers.

7. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable regulations on consumers and users.
