What we do

We put you in touch with independent renovation companies in and around Tarragona. They quote, sign the contract with you, carry out the work and are answerable for it.

RT does not carry out building work. Nor does it manage or supervise it, and it gives no guarantees on it: the guarantee on the work is the one given by the company you hire.

Prices

Figures on the site and in the calculator are a guide. They are not an offer. The real price comes in writing, from the renovation company, once they have seen the flat, house or premises.

Use

The site is free to use. We ask three things: real details in the forms, no attacks or attempts to overload it, and no using it to harm anyone.

Content

Text, design, logo and most photos belong to RT or are used with permission or under licence. If you want to reuse something, ask. Linking to any page is fine.

Liability

We are answerable for what we control: that the site works and that what we publish is accurate. If something is wrong, we fix it as soon as we know.

We are not answerable for hosting outages beyond our control or for third-party sites we link to (Google Maps, WhatsApp, social networks, directories). None of this limits any right you have by law as a consumer.

Law and courts

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer and a dispute arises, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live. Nothing on this site forces you to go to court anywhere else.
