How we handle your personal data, in plain terms.
1. Data controller
The controller responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website is RT reformas Tarragona ("RT"), with a public point of contact at Carrer de la Unió, 37, 43001 Tarragona (Tarragona), Spain, phone 977 27 92 72 and email [email protected]. You can reach us through any of these means for any query relating to your data.
2. What data we collect
Only the data you provide to us: first and last name, phone number, the address of the home or premises that is the subject of your enquiry, an email address when you provide one (for example, to receive the calculator’s summary), and any information you wish to add about your project. The address is used to assess the project and arrange the site visit; the address auto-complete field runs on the Google service described in the cookies policy.
3. What we use it for
- To handle your request for information, guidance or a quote, and to contact you to arrange a site visit.
- To prepare the assessment or quote for the project you request and to follow up on your enquiry.
- To send you, if requested, the indicative summary from the budget calculator.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell it.
4. Legal basis
The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form by ticking the acceptance box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by you, such as arranging a site visit or a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Who we share your data with
In order to handle your request, your data may be disclosed to the collaborating companies and professionals involved in assessing, quoting or carrying out the requested project, solely to the extent necessary for that purpose. Our technical providers (web hosting and infrastructure services) also access data as data processors. Beyond these cases, data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.
6. Retention
We retain your data for as long as we are managing your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods necessary to address any potential liabilities. If you ask us to stop processing your data, we will erase or block it in accordance with the applicable regulations.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by contacting RT by phone, email or at our public point of contact, providing proof of your identity. If you believe that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
